3 Year Old Program
Lake Park's 3 year old program comprises two weekly session of two and a half hours. Our program is thoughtfully planned to offer child-led and interest-based learning that encourages children to explore their environment and learn through hands-on experience.
Through this model we aim to cultivate creativity, imagination, and teamwork. We also promote children's communication and language development, and provide opportunities to share stories, reflect through play and express ideas.
We use the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework as a set of guidelines to plan and implement activities for children based on their individual interests, abilities and knowledge to achieve growth in the following outcomes: Identity, Community, Wellbeing, Learning and Communication.
Our ultimate aim is to instil a sense of worth and assurance in every child as they develop their sense of responsibility, independence and confidence, preparing them for a smooth transition to longer kinder session the following year.

Enrolment
You can enrol your child into Lake Park Kindergarten's 3 year old program any time during the year. Your child is able to attend once they have turned 3 years old.
